I have been bored with this winter thing. Bogart has explained how cold and wet it's been here in P-Town. Also there is this Christmas thing that takes up a lot of time. I'm not even allowed to eat the decorations like I could last year.
I HATE the way Santa stares at me with those unblinking eyes. Its not natural!
There are a few indoor activities that I enjoy during winter. one is playing chase in a big circle around the house. I bring my toy, taunting my mom with it. 
Then she chases me all around the house in a big circle. I like to drag my tiny older cousin around the house.
The very best thing about staying inside is serious snuggling time!

ReplyDeleteYou know what is a great indoor game? Find It!
You get your pinkie to make you wait in a spot. She then goes off to hide a treat, comes back to where you are waiting, lets you sniff her hands and then she says, "Find it!" You then, and only then, bolt off to find the hidden treat!!
While you are looking for the first treat or treats in, let's say, the bedroom, she then goes about hiding the next lot of treats, and so on, and so on.
To step it up a bit, she can hide the treats under, on top of or behind things to increase the challenge.
This is hours of fun! Give it a try!
PS: Why don't you hook up with Bogart to try and kill some boredom?!
Oh how I wish it was winter here. Its so hot I'm melting.

ReplyDeleteOooooh!! I love to snuggle with la mia ragazza like that, too! She says I have become lots more cuddly and calm now that I am a year old (although, when the situation demands, I can still be quite the wild child). Like you, I was not allowed to sample the holiday decorations, either, although I did manage to get a good mouthful of Christmas tree ornament. Diggers, il mio amico, it was not that tasty!! (But la mia ragazza's reaction sure was! Heeeeeeeeeeeee!!!)
