My First Airecut

I’ve heard lots of you talk about your Airecuts and you all looked soo good that I convinced my mom to take me for one.
Here you can see my before picture.
Mom took me to Designer Dog in Vancouver Washington. At first I was fine. I didn’t know why my mom was on the other side of the counter but it was ok.
She brushed me, I was ok with it. She clipped me a little, I was ok with it. She washed me, I was ok with it. She dried me, I was ok with it. Then I got bored.
So I decided to sing about my troubles, Ohhhh…..

And when she started in on my face, we had a fight on our hands.
BEEP due to graphic violence we must cut to scenic horses, this is an all audiences blog. Eventually it was all over and I smelled like a rose in June. I got a purple ribbon for Easter. I thought it was kind of sissy so after these photos I took it off. Me and Jenna (the groomer) got into a bit of a wrestling match so I was all worn out that night and the next day too. Mom hasn’t decided yet if she is going to start getting me stripped or if she is just going to have me clipped. Any opinions?

Crime!

I haven't had much to say recently.
Honestly I didn’t really know how to face you all. I still don’t, I guess I’ll just come out and say it.
Someone has stolen my family jewels. They were there when I fell asleep and then, when I woke up, they were gone. It’s like those stories you hear about waking up in a bathtub full of ice. I’m ashamed, embarrassed, but mostly I’m determined to go on. I’m not going to let this ruin all the fun that is yet to come (even if it did ruin my chances of living off the stud fees).
Mom said I have to stay kind of mellow this week. She said maybe my gonads weren’t stolen, maybe they just fell off cause I was playing too hard or something. I don’t think this is true, because I was really attached to them, so I know they were attached to me too! Just in case I’m going to take it easy. I’ve got a lot of other parts that I like, and a puppy dog can never be too careful. I was down in the dumps for about 12 hours before I returned to my normal sunnier disposition. This down time helped in my quest to become Errol’s best Buddy in the world (or third best). What your about to see (If mom can show me how to upload videos) isn’t the most amazing cat dog love-fest you’ve ever seen, but it is the most amazing cat dog love-fest we’ve had in our household so far.

"Insert video that won't work here"
Ok I don't think the video will work (Processing forever) and I'm not willing to sign up on youtube just to post a video here, so follows is a description of what you would have seen.

Me eating food from my food bowl, and Errol drinking water from MY waterbowl. AT THE SAME TIME. Right next to eachother. AND THEN... Errol leaves the room and I just watch him go. I didn't chase him and he didn't run. amazing simply amazing.

Of course, we are hoping that Bogart gets to see his dad healthy and at home very soon.

Here is a quick list of things I like to do.

Eat dryer sheets.
Chew on the corner of mom’s blanket when I wake up at night.
Grab my leash and walk myself.
After my last potty break of the night I save just a little, you know to keep mom on her toes.
Squeak my ball really loud in the morning and wake up Allison.
Bite bare toes when they get out of the shower.
Run away when mom wants me to go in the kennel.
Pull on the draw string of my mom’s hooded sweatshirt so it closes tight and she can’t see.
Turn toilet paper rolls info really long pieces of thin paper.
Walk in a zig-zag pattern when out, to trip my people.
Chew on shoes. Both on and off of feet.
Sneak into Allison’s room and steal dirty socks and anything tastey looking from the garbage can.
Knock on Allison’s door so I can go see Errol.
Steal pop cans out of the recycling.
Bark at anything that isn’t in the exact spot that I left it in.
Tip my food bowl over and eat off the floor
Steal my toys out of the kennel and smuggle them upstairs.
Roll around in the dirty laundry.
Bite at my mom’s pants leaving little tiny holes in everything she owns.
Eat Tupperware.

Mom says I am not supposed to do these things but I have a phrase I like to live by. It goes like this, “What you gunna do about it, Huh”?
